Bafar University bases its structure upon three areas:
1. Knowledge: Classes that allow employees to handle all necessary tools for a better performance and an enhanced understanding of company’s plans.
2. Operational Ability or Practice: Classes that allow employees to learn the necessary abilities and skills to enhance their work.
3. Training: Classes designed to teach behaviors aligned with the company’s work culture.
To achieve the adequate preparation of all 9000 employees, Grupo Bafar has invested in functional facilities and highly trained professionals on our 12 campus distributed throughout the country. In the headquarters located at Chihuahua City, the university has 8 equipped classrooms and a highly operational auditorium.
To this date, Bafar University has won the certification of 125 professors through the Employment Competency Norm given by CONOCER (Council for Standardization and Certification of Employment Competency); these professors give 196 different classes based on their personal Operative Practices.
Bafar University, working with highly recognized educational institutions, has structured a plan for trainees; with this dynamic idea, we incorporate young, recently-graduated people on important company projects with the direct guidance of strategic employees within the organization. At the end, each trainee will have on-hands experience and the understanding of actual decision making processes.
