In our ever-growing concern to offer products that meet and exceed our customer’s needs, Grupo Bafar has created its own Quality Management System (QMS), to assure product quality all the way from raw material suppliers to delivery to the final consumer.

QMS is focused in guaranteeing that each product is safe for the consumer's health; we verify that our products meet high hygiene standards, providing both nutritional value and the taste that our customers expect.

Grupo Bafar has obtained several certifications that guarantee high quality in processes and products. All of our plants have a TIF (Federal Inspection Type) certification, and our main plant is certified by the USDA allowing us to export to the USA. In addition, the Japanese government has licensed us to trade our products through the Japan Approved seal. Furthermore, all our processes are certified by the ISO 9001:2000 norm.
